  4. I’m a hard gainer and I have trouble getting in enough calories on a daily
    basis. Should I buy amino pills like he said? Also I got lost with what he
    was saying, was it creatine or casein that was recommended for hard
    gainers?

    Just watched your new video about Optimum Nutrition Supplements and i
    really like it. i’m still confused about what to use exactly.

    My goals are to gain some mass this winter and then start cutting around
    Januar-Febuary.

    Right now i’m taking these:
    ON Creatine Monohydrate
    ON Serious Mass
    Cellucor C4 Preworkout

    Am i missing anything or? Just wanna know your opinion and what you think
    that i should take to get some good mass.

  14. Of course he takes em. They pay him to say what they want him to say. So
    does every other sponsored athlete. All you need is clean diet, hardcore
    training with short breaks in between sets, rest, maybe whey. And if you
    want to get on these guys level, steroids. That’s one supplement they won’t
    ever admit to cuz then what happens to their sponsors? All a part of the
    business. Most supplements are bogus and don’t work. Notice I said most.
    Some do have their place but the big supplement companies will say you need
    all this when you don’t. It’s all about money and selling you shit you
    don’t need

    have zero Idea what they’re talking he’s making suggestions and teaching
    the general public he’s not necessarily saying everyone who’s going to lift
    needs this or that. He’s merely giving an incite to each products affects,
    relax. These help him have the extra edge in ELITE competition, not your
    local gym where you’re going in for the fact to just improve yourself.
