I do this 4 times a day 7 days a week. My god on my 5th day I could already
feel my hips getting stronger… This is my third week now :)
These are great, but would it be possible to do both sides? I forget the
sequence and counts. or could you just loop it to play twice? :)

Great exercises…just keep in mind that you need to have the right diet to
