I love nearly any ON product except OptiMen. Why? Because OptiMen uses
Cyanocobalamin as Vitamine B12 source which is the cheapest and for your
body the worst and maybe even destroying version of B12. So you can imagine
the quality of the rest of the ingredients used in OptiMen. But I love my
pro complex, aminos and such

with more sport performing vitamins like B6 when optimen is to have a more
healthy lifestyle
