Ur question reminds me of my decision making days about my career.
Career planning is a continuous development process through which we attempt to understand our personal, family, school, work and community experiences and the significance they are likely to have in building career and choice of lifestyle. We need to identify opportunities and to identify options. We need to examine our personal interests and skills as they relate to a variety of career opportunities to help us make appropriate and realistic decisions. Keep in mind that the goal of exploring career is not just employment but a purposeful of integrating our personal interests and values with the kinds of work that are most satisfying for us.

A short term career vision statement should describe goals that you would like to accomplish over the next 3-12 months.

Goals can loosely be grouped into 2 categories:

Professional — includes goals for your business. This varies based on what you do, but examples could be increasing revenues, expanding product or client bases, penetrating new markets, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, etc.

Personal — includes goals that enhance your skills and development, such as taking training courses, signing up for affiliations, networking, participating in recruiting, increasing your work-life balance, etc.

Good luck!
