Great meditation except for the loud car commercial that interrupted at about the 5:00 mark.,,the 9:17 mark…I stopped listening after that because I was so annoyed.
Great meditation except for the loud interruption of a truck commercial smack dab in the middle of the video that totally startled me out of my meditative state of mind and had my heart racing.
