  4. I appreciate this video. I eat almonds daily, and now I am going to start
soaking and sprouting them instead of always eating them as is.

  5. Have you ever tried apricot seed? they look about 1/3 of a an almond.I’ve
    heard they pack more benefits.
Also, ever tried fully grown green almonds?they are available late june
before the are harvested. I would think they are much better for you, since
they are still fresh and the nutrients haven’t dried off. your thoughts?

  6. There’s no “raw” almonds in California. Even if the label says raw, it’s
false. All almonds sold in the state of California under law must be
pasteurized. So in other words, “raw” almonds are really cooked almonds.
Stop sending false information, do your research before uploading faulty

  7. Thanks for the excellent explaining. I knew almonds are good for me and I
make my own almond milk and also eat raw almonds as snacks. But I didn’t
know soaking almonds or sprouting them are better. Fortunately, I do soak
them before making almond milk because it is easier for my soy milk maker
    to grind the almonds.

  8. I eat nuts regularly. The problem I have with almonds though is that when I
buy raw organic ones I always end up with some bitter ones which I really
hate. If I buy normal supermarket ones they taste fine. Are these just as
beneficial? And is there any benefit to soaking them?

  9. I eat almonds daily. Great food! I do want to share some GREAT news here
though, and please comment, or ask questions. EAT DIRT! Now I have your
attention please read up on diatomaceous earth food grade (only) and all
the benefits. This is something I just started using, it’s great for so
many things. I know this will change lives and save lots of money in DR.
bills for anyone who uses it. Pay it forward, tell another. Thank you
    Peace Gene Allen

  10. No. It’s not even close. Almond milk is manufactured as a replacement for
cow and goat milk, so they are concerned with flavor and texture. They do
not create it with nutrition in mind. If you like almond milk, and want to
receive nutritional benefits similar to that of whole almonds, you will
    have to make your own.

  11. Wonderful presentation, but kind of robotic voice and awful combination
with this music background… Thank you, anyway; almonds are always near
    me. 🙂

  12. depends how much protein your getting from other souses, if you are vegan
and dont eat meat, or eggs or have protein drinks then u may want to
consume more. a serving is size of raw almonds is 28 whole almonds.

  13. I’ve never been able to eat 28 almonds in one sitting. Even after they’ve
been soaked. For some, it can be too much.
