    before anything will pull from the fat in your body.

    You would have to not eat for like 48+hrs before your body would start
    attacking your muscles.

  3. yeah hes using supps not riods, supps give you the nutrition your body
    needs to repair it self it doest speed anything up

  4. im using the whey gold and i can say that its a very good product, first i
    was using differint types of protein shake untill i discovered ON know im
    only using ON products nothing else using the amino energy works great
    using the whey protein shake cant get any better using hydro whey before my
    training and after the training i use hydro builder what also has casiën in
    it… great products but the vitamines im not sure of i have tried them out
    and i didnt feel it

  5. glad to know that im doing the right way but the only thing i do extra is
    having one scoop of the Casein after i wake up and i take the Casein with
    low fat milk so 2 scoops of Casein and one scoop of whey after workout

  6. ive just ordered more of both, and tbh i usually dont use both, or if i do
    id have one protien shake with breakfast with oatmeal because its easier
    for me

  7. I love and use the whey and casein from ON but not opti men…it has (for
    example) cyanocobalamin as a vitamine b12 source which is one of the
    cheapest and worst sources you can use and give to your body. I used
    gaspari anavite instead but for all other supplements ON is the best (pro
    complex, zma etc)

  8. the last jug of casein i bought tasted awful/weird/off and sat in my pantry
    for 2 years. havent bought one since but use 100%whey post workout

  9. I’m trying to bulk this winter. Looking at ON Serious Mass for the calories
    and carbs.. Question – does it make sense to take whey protein in addition
    to Serious Mass or is that too much?

  10. stick with whey I would consult your doctor first and go to a local
    supliment store, ask them what would be write for you, but only stick with
    whey trust me I’m 15 to 🙂 eat lot of chicken, fish, send me message on
    youtube I will send you a videos of link explaining what to take and what
