maintained down to pull the string in order to benefit chi!

depends on the workout’s length and frequency and your own exertion level.
Choose a belly dancing teacher who encourages continuous movement, and
    incorporates traveling steps whenever possible.*

  3. I just bought this from Amazon, wont have if I knew it was here on YouTube.
Is there any additional information on the DVD?

  4. The exercises are fantastic, for each small piece of the body or exactly to
say for every joint there are many streching methods or massaging
exerrcise. From my experience in Yoga, Meidtation and other spiritual
activities, the exerrcises are pure heiling and remedy of the body, soul and
    intellectual.

    Concentrated, still and understandable. Wonderful.

  6. I feel so at ease with my self and my body. I feel connected with myself
and this is only the first lesson. I feel lighter believe it or not. I am
    totally zen.
