The problem with me and cashews is that I have a hard time stopping eating
them once I start.
This made me feel even better about eating my vegan cashew cheese! 🙂

cashews are healthy for you, but you might die, so be careful :)
cashews are wonderful, I wish though, that they showed steamed cashews
instead of oil roasted, gives people the wrong idea, nuts cooked in oil are
no longer a healthy food…
I thought I would get nice facts about cashews but I got bloody pictures of
gal stones.
For the record, cashews do not contain HDL, although they MIGHT help to
raise HDL in humans. Check it out for yourselves.
Why I SHOULDN’T eat cashews: I’m allergic to them. ;)

Hi, if one soaked overnight and then dehydrated in a dehydrator, would that
not reduce the risk of aflo-toxins?
